I provide many different services/products for my clients.  Most of my work is wedding photography, but I do a lot of freelance work as well, which includes: on location portraits, engagement photos, bridal showers, rehersal dinners, family and senior portraits, interior/exterior real estate work,  birthday parties, family reunions, sporting events, nature/architectural, 4H beauty contests, sorority/faternity pledge portraits, and this list could go on. 

I normally charge a deposit price and post all the pictures to a gallery on shutterfly.  I charge separately if you would like a CD of the pictures or an album made.  This deposit differs for different types of events, situations, and circumstances.  It will cover my time shooting and my time editing your photos.   Please contact me for a more detailed price list.  After we discuss the details we will put a price into writing.

My Way To Photography 

I am a teacher, photographer, wife, step-mother, sister, daughter... you get the idea.  I have a lot of hats and I love all of them, but photography is one of my favorite ones.  It's what I love to do.  I love to have a camera in my hands,  looking at and analyzing anything that might make a good picture.

I started photography my freshmen year in high school.  I was the one that wanted to sit back and watch things happen around me, and I became known as the picture girl.  I worked for a photographer my senior year in high school, being a photographers assistant.  Basically, doing anything and everything she told me to do.  It was fun and this is where I fell in love with weddings... or really got the idea that I could do them.  

I went to college, my friends started getting married, and I got called upon.  After my first few, I got my first job at Murphy's Camera, a local camera shop/ photo lab in town.  This is where I recieved all my real technical knowledge and went to rehab for my film junkie problem, shut my darkroom down, and went digital, into photoshop, and on the web.   

It has been eight years since I graduated high school and did my first wedding.  I have done numerous film and digital weddings, and some of those film weddings have been coverted to digital and are among the galleries under the services tab.   I can't count how many weddings, portraits, etc. that I have done, and there is no telling what I will do next.  I am up for anything and I like to explore what photography can offer me.  Whether that is my own pictures or pictures that you are wanting to create; I know I can deliver. 

Photography is my specialty.   I know it.  I love it.
